Dick Beals (16 March 1927 – 29 May 2012) was an American actor and voice actor.
He is most famous for his roles as Speedy in Alka-Seltzer commercials, Davey in Davey and Goliath, and Ralph Phillips, the daydreaming boy, in several Looney Tunes shorts.

He voiced N.J. Normanmeyer for the 1992 animated series of The Addams Family. His child-like voice was perfect for the role, despite his age.
