The Mardi Gras Story is the fifth episode of the 1973 animated series of The Addams Family.

Plot Summary[]

The Addams Family travel to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. A couple of crooks driving a parade float are scared off the road, so the Addamses offer them the use of their camper. The Family wear masks of various celebrities for the parade, while the crooks wear masks of Gomez and Uncle Fester to confuse the cops. The crooks stop at a mansion along the parade route and steal a million dollars, then take another float to get away, but the creepy camper chases them down and wins the prize for best float.
